Street Food #4
Hey, friends 👋.
This noodle house probably serves the most authentic Chongqing noodles in Taiwan. You can literally smell the aromatic Sichuan pepper across the street.

The noodles are fresh and chewy, the minced meat is savory and melts in your mouth, and the chili pepper broth is oily and addictive. After you mix the noodles with the chili oil, you can taste the chili-soaked noodles bursting out in your mouth.

The dumplings are alright and complement the chili broth very well.

The liver is not fishy at all (right). The chilis also make your lips go numb, so be prepared for that 😂.
If you are a spicy food lover, you should definitely visit this restaurant. The prices are also ridiculously cheap (considering the painstaking effort to simmer the chili oil). There’s nothing better than these noodles. We will definitely revisit this place soon.

Again, please do not waste food. Just finish what you pay for. If you waste what you have just bought, you are also wasting money as well. Starvation is prevalent around the world and please just stop wasting food.
The key principle: leave nothing in your bowl.
