Recipe #6 - Scallion Pancake with Eggs & Shredded cheese & Sriracha / Frozen Sukiyaki Rice Burger

Hey, friends 👋.

This is a pretty simple brunch that we made the other day. After frying the scallion pancake, there was some leftover butter in the pan, so we just threw in our microwaved rice burger. The rice soaked in all the leftover butter and the taste is superb. This recipe is such an economical recipe. (You don’t have to waste anything or clean up the greasy butter in the pan afterward.)


The entire recipe only takes approximately 10 minutes, and every sane person can make this. (Unless you don’t know how to crack an egg…) It’s impossible to mess up.




Ingredients:

2 huge chunks of butter

1 piece of scallion pancake

1 egg

Some shredded cheese

Sriracha

Diced Scallions


Recipe:

1. Melt butter in the pan, and fry the scallion pancake until both sides are crispy.

2. Crack the egg on the pancake and stir evenly. Put the shredded cheese in.

3. Fold the scallion pancake when the egg is approximately well done. Drizzle some sriracha on your pancake and set aside.

4. Put the microwaved rice burger into the pan (which has the leftover butter after frying the pancake). Stir it for 2 minutes and sprinkle some scallions.
